Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. AiPOS AI also uses localStorage (browser storage), which works similarly to cookies but stays on your device only.

2. Cookies We Use

Essential: Firebase authentication session cookies, required for login on the Business POS Dashboard
Preferences: localStorage keys such as theme (light/dark) and selected currency, so tools remember your settings
Analytics: Google Analytics (G-CYMYQWW2V5) cookies to understand which tools are used and improve the platform
Payments: Paddle.com may set cookies during checkout to process subscription payments securely

3. Free Tools Work Without Login

Our 19 free tools (Invoice, QR, Barcode, CV, Sticker, and others) do not require an account and store your work only in your browser's localStorage — this data never leaves your device unless you explicitly save it via Firebase-connected features.

4. Managing Cookies

You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Note that clearing localStorage will reset saved preferences and any in-progress work in the free tools.

5. Third-Party Cookies

Google Analytics and Paddle.com may set their own cookies as described in their respective privacy policies. AiPOS AI does not control these third-party cookies directly.
