1. About AiPOS AI

AiPOS AI ("the Service") is a cloud-based SaaS platform offering a Point of Sale (POS) system plus free business tools, operated from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Service is available at aiposai.com and related mobile applications.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AiPOS AI, you confirm that you are 18 or older, have read and agree to these Terms, and have the authority to bind any business you represent.

3. Service Description

AiPOS AI provides:

• Free tools: Invoice Generator, QR Code Generator, Barcode Generator, Sticker/Label Generator, and CV Builder
• Business Dashboard: a full Point of Sale system with sale counter, inventory management, finance & profit tracking, and reporting

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer the following plans (prices shown in USD; local pricing may vary by country):

5. Free Trial

• New Business Dashboard accounts receive 1 month free, starting from account creation
• No credit card is required to start the free trial
• After the trial, continued use of premium features requires the paid plan
• The Free Tools (Invoice, QR, Barcode, Sticker, CV) remain free forever with daily usage limits, with or without a paid plan

6. Billing & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record — we do not store your card details
• Failed payments may result in suspension of premium features after a grace period; your data is preserved
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice via email

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of first payment, no questions asked. To request a refund, email support@aiposai.com within 7 days of payment. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. See our full Refund Policy for details.

8. Data Ownership

All business data you create in AiPOS AI (products, sales, invoices, customers) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. We act only as a processor of your data and you may request export or deletion at any time by contacting support.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Abuse the free trial system (creating multiple accounts for the same business)
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or Paddle's Acceptable Use Policy

10. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime beyond our reasonable control.

11. Termination

• By you: Cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• By us: We may suspend accounts for Terms violations. We will give notice unless the violation is severe (fraud, illegal activity).
• After termination: Your data may be retained for a reasonable period before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

12. Limitation of Liability

AiPOS AI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your own country.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice where possible. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
