1. About AiPOS AI

AiPOS AI ("the Service") is a cloud-based Point of Sale SaaS platform operated by Muhammad Ishfaq, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Service is available at www.aiposai.com and related mobile and desktop applications.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AiPOS AI, you confirm that you are 18 or older, have read and agree to these Terms, and have the authority to bind any business you represent.

3. Service Description

AiPOS AI provides a multi-tenant SaaS Point of Sale platform including: sale counter management, inventory tracking, QR & barcode generation, finance dashboard, invoice creation, reporting, and related features as described on our website.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer the following subscription plans (prices shown in USD; local pricing varies by country):

5. Free Trial

• Every new account receives 1 month free on their chosen plan
• No credit card is required to start the free trial
• One free trial per business — system enforced
• Admin may grant additional free trials (1–3 months) at their discretion
• After the trial, the account converts to the chosen plan or is downgraded to Free

6. Billing & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly (or yearly for Platinum Plus) in advance
• Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period with retry attempts
• After 7 days of non-payment, the account is suspended (data kept for 30 days)
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com — we do not store card details
• Prices may change with 30 days advance notice (Platinum Plus price is locked for 12 months)

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day full refund from the date of first payment. To request a refund, contact support@aiposai.com within 7 days. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. No refunds after 7 days.

8. Data Ownership

All business data you create in AiPOS AI (products, sales, invoices, customers) belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. You may export your data at any time. We act only as a processor of your data.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal activity
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the platform
• Abuse the free trial system (multiple accounts for same business)
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Planned maintenance is announced 24 hours in advance via email and in-app notification. We are not liable for losses caused by temporary downtime beyond our control.

11. Termination

• By you: Cancel anytime from Account Settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• By us: We may suspend accounts for Terms violations. We will give notice unless the violation is severe (fraud, illegal activity).
• After termination: Your data is kept for 90 days, then permanently deleted.

12. Limitation of Liability

AiPOS AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

14. Changes to Terms

We will notify you 14 days before any material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
